All orders placed before 2pm CST ship out the next day Monday through Friday. We use the following shipping methods to deliver your order to the desired address:
Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.
USA Domestic shipping
USPS First Class Domestic (STANDARD MAIL) - Starting at $4.95 for standard shipping to anywhere within the United States. Shipping charge will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take within 5-10 business days to arrive.
UPS Ground with Tracking - Starting at $7.95 for standard shipping to anywhere within the United States. This price will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take within 3-7 business days to arrive.
USPS First Class International - $9.95 for standard shipping. This price will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take 7-14+ business days for delivery to Asia, Canada, Europe, and the Pacific. Some countries due to tight customs regulations may take up to 21-30 business days for delivery. Please note this shipping method cannot be tracked.
USPS Express International with Tracking - $29.95 for a standard order. This price will increase with additional items and depending on weight of items. Orders shipped out using this method take 3-7 business days for delivery to Canada and Europe, Asia and Pacific. This option is not available for orders containing some products.
Where is my package?
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable

Simply return your product within 30 days of receipt. Whether it doesn’t fit you, suit you or it’s not what you expected - just send it back. You can choose from the following options:
Exchange for a new product
Exchange for a voucher to be redeemed towards your next order
Refund of your product cost as long as the product was not designed specifically for you
Before you send the product back, please contact our friendly Service Team and provide your Order ID.
This is how you can avoid returns
1. Receive a sample before placing a volume order
When planning an order for you and your team, you may be unsure about what sizes, styles and colors to order. Please order plain products without prints first, as we can take these back without a problem. If you order e.g. one T-shirt with print to test the print quality, we will accept the return and give you a voucher or a new product. This way, you’ll help protect the environment and save resources.
2. Read the order confirmation email straight away
Maybe you feel like changing the text or design. If this is the case, please follow the link in the confirmation email and cancel the order immediately before it goes to print. You can then go back to your order, change it and place it again.
3. Calculate with a buffer period
We’re quite fast, but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to reasons relating to design issues, product stock and delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding anniversary or the farewell party of your colleague, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return. If you need something super fast, use the Express Option to get your order as fast as possible.
